Unreliable internet connectivity that hindered my work efficiency!!! The furniture in the room looked significantly worn and unkempt!!! I also was frustrated by the elevator's sudden jolts during operation!!!

I recently stayed for one night and was extremely disappointed. The room had a horrible smell, making it difficult to breathe. To make matters worse, I was denied a refund despite the poor conditions.

The King suite was quite spacious, and I felt a bit fancy with the disability access features. Also, it was super close to tons of dining options—my inner foodie was pleased!

But, darling, the area was a tad sketchy—felt like I was starring in my own crime drama! And let's not get started on that refrigerator. it was more vocal than my last date!

Family with kids not recommended

The room was spacious and had a safe for securing valuables but the experience was overshadowed by cleanliness concerns. The staff was courteous when I checked in, but everything went downhill fast.

I spent two nights at this hotel while visiting some local attractions. The room was spacious and super clean, which I really appreciated after a long day of exploring. Additionally, having a microwave and mini fridge in my room was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. The area has plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a meal without traveling far.

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, even allowing for a late checkout. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast options were limited, and some areas of the hotel seemed in need of updates.

I had a superb experience! The Queen Suite was spotless and spacious, perfect for our family. We loved the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the friendly staff. A nearby Vietnamese restaurant was a delightful surprise. Future guests should explore local dining options for an enhanced adventure!

The elevators had broken buttons, which was frustrating, especially when carrying luggage. Notably, only one of the waffle makers worked during breakfast, causing long lines. The strong smell in our room lingered despite attempts to air it out, and the advertised laundry room was out of order, which was inconvenient for our multi-night stay. Additionally, we faced unexpected charges regarding early check-in and incidentals that were higher than initially communicated, which left us feeling uncertain about our total expenses.

I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites. The location hit the spot. Several great Asian restaurants, just a quick drive away. The staff brought a friendly vibe, especially the one receptionist who was super helpful. The room felt nice and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a busy day attending the Taylor Swift concert. I appreciated the amenities like a microwave and mini fridge, really handy for late-night snacks. However, there was a hiccup with the room key. each time I re-entered the hotel, I had to get it reset. That became a bit annoying, especially after a long day. The breakfast was decent, but there could have been more variety on offer. Overall, my experience was good, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I’m back in Houston!

i really enjoyed my stay at comfort suites. the room was super clean and spacious, with a couch, microwave, and mini fridge. the location is great, close to several restaurants including some tasty vietnamese and korean spots. the staff was so helpful, especially sunny, which made my experience even better. breakfast was a nice bonus too!

The breakfast started at 6:00 AM and was generally good. The King Suite I stayed in was spacious, making it comfortable for a solo traveler. Despite the lack of an alarm clock, the front desk staff were quick to address my requests during my week-long stay.

Unfortunately, they failed to provide all the wake-up calls I requested.
